Course J8/18:

• Start on A50 in lay-by approx 1.5 miles south of Holmes Chapel (just south of the junction with Mill Lane).
• Proceed south to Brereton Green where left into Newcastle Road (0.47m) and left again along School Lane (0.62m).
• Continue to junction with A534 (2.43m) where left towards Congleton.
• Turn left along Sandy Lane (4.36m) to junction with A54 (4.98m).
• Left along A54 to and continue through the Finish point to Mill Lane junction (9.15m) very sharp bend left.
• Continue along Mill Lane WITH CARE to join A50 (10.01m).
• Turn left past start (10.26m) and repeat.
• Finish at the large lay-by on the south side of A54 approx. 2 miles east of Holmes Chapel (18.14m).
   
• In the event for Senior Men, competitors will cover an extra lap (28.40m)

Caution

When starting please be aware of other competitors passing through the start area.

To reach the start from the HQ turn left on to Selkirk Drive and right on to Chester Road. At the traffic lights with the junction of A50 turn right and the start is just over a mile.

To return to the HQ on finishing, continue along A54 to junction with A50. Straight across at the traffic lights and turn left into Selkirk Drive.

Directions:-

From M6 Junction, follow signs to Holmes Chapel along A54. Just as you reach the village turn right on to Chester Road (still A54). Turn right into Selkirk Drive and the Leisure Centre is on the left.

From A50 turn into Chester Road at junction with A54 (Traffic Lights). Turn left into Selkirk Drive.
